When I went to Cambodia It was quite a shock. They eat ANYTHING! We went to the market, on the menu was cockroaches, meal worms, rattlesnake both fresh or pickled, bat, rodent, and my personal favorite deep fried 6" water beetles. At the wet market more of the same whole salamanders on the stick anything from the water that swam or slithered even leeches. YEP, if it walks, crawls, slithers, swims or flies they will eat it.

Not at all. Restaurants (fast food or otherwise) have spent lots of money to provide space and seating to allow the customer to eat there. If eating at a fast food joint were something to be embarrassed about or something only weird people do, they wouldn't waste the money. After all they want you to enjoy your experience so you'll come back and spend more money. I have to wonder what other perfectly normal things your husband finds embarrassing to do in public. Does he avoid doing any grocery shopping, does he hate the mall? Does he prefer to watch movies at home instead of going to the theater? There are lots of people who don't like to eat out alone, but to be embarrassed be eating at a fast food place in general makes me think that your husband may be a bit overly self conscious. I'm not being mean here, I'm just wondering if you're husband's issue goes deeper than fast food. Of course it could also just be that he doesn't like dirty tables and screaming kids.

So far ,I think the piranha will eat you! Huh! just kidding!I just saw bear and snakes in china last week through tv.They are suctioninng some fluid from the bear (different)organs .the bear suffers a lot.They are showing this to preserve wild life.
Also turtle , as you forgot to mention.
