You're in for a treat once you try Chinese food. It's sooo yummy!

* Wonton soup
* mini spring rolls with sweet and sour sauce
* Salt and pepper prawns - they are a bit spicy
* Sang chow bow

Mains

* Sweet and sour pork
* Curried beef and vegetables
* Beef in black bean
* Satay Chicken
* Mongolian beef
* Chicken and almond
* Curried king prawns
* Chicken or beef chow mein with crispy fried noodles

Actually just try lots of stuff as it's all really good! :)

Sichuan cuisine (we call it szechuan here) is generally regarded as the best, even if you ask the Chinese. I'm addicted to the dumplings you get at Dim Sum, though, which is not really a Sichuan thing, but very populare all over China. Not to mention, it's really a meal, not a style, per se.

If you haven't eaten much chinese food, I feel obligated to point you in the direction of going for Dim Sum on a Saturday or Sunday brunchy meal. Get every dumpling that passes by on a cart. They are all different and Cantonese restaurants will have different types of dumplings than say a restaurant that has Shanghainese owners.

Why wait for one type of Oriental food? Do not walk, run over to Chi Tung Restaurant, 9560 South Kedzie Avenue, Evergreen Park, Illinois 60805. You will have an opportunity to enjoy three types of foods - Chinese, Thai and Japanese. All of the personnel there work together very well creating the most delicious fare. Enjoy all of their magnificient offerings. Peace and God Bless.

Try Peking Duck. The servers will serve a whole roasted duck, then serve its skin to you. You then wrap them up in a Chinese rice wrapper, put some onion leaves and some other greens they provide and then dip on the given sauce. Yummy! YUMMY! You'd come back for more...

If you like spicy food try Kung Pao Chicken, or Sesame Chicken. If you don't try the Lemon Chicken.

If you like spicy, hot and sour soup and some kung pao chicken. If none spicy, anything cantonese, steam ocean fish like snapper, be careful of head, tail and bones, wanton noodle soup...Dim sum for sunday brunch nice...of course, chicken feet optional

I like General Tso's Chicken, but be sure to have a drink handy because it is spicy. It helps to mix it in with your rice if you can't stand too much spice.
