If your good $350. My parents had a dinner party and the tender was paid $500.00 plus tips.
A 15% gratuity will be added to your food and liquor bill.
State and county sales taxes will be applied to all food.
The final number of people must be guaranteed and a final number of guests attending to be given two weeks in advance.
All food, cakes and beverages must be provided by Maxim's Restaurant.
No food or beverage may leave the restaurant.
Bartender fee of $10.00 per hour per bartender, min. 3 hours.
The minimum count of thirty adults is required for our banquet rooms.

During holidays when I bartend private parties I ask to be paid $100 to $150 for the allotted time and I get to keep tips. Is it a cash bar or open bar? Just make sure if it is a cash bar that you have made back what was spent on alcohol.

i think it also depends on what you are serving, beer in kegs or taking time to make mixed drinks, and also how many people are going to be there, make sure to make the bartender a big tip jug too......

In Lake Havasu City, Arizona you would be lucky to make $100. bucks, and we are a tourist town.... See what that individual make's an hour and go from there....or make an offer.... he can only say no!!!
