I WOULD LIKE TO INVITE ANY MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS OUT THERE( ORTHODOX OR ALTERNATIVE) TO ANSWER THIS QUESTION.

ALSO PERSONS WHO HAVE HSV , WHOM AT SOME POINT OR ANOTHER HAD TO TAKE THE HBV VACCINE ( WHAT HAPPENED? )

They should be able to. They are completely different virus', so I doubt there would be complications.

Yes, the viruses are unrelated. Good luck and remember to get the series of 3 hepatitis b vaccines on their scheduled times. It just simplifies any conflicting opinions later.
