Lots of STDs have been around passed from person to person for thousands of years, like syphillis.

Some STDs (and other diseases, like the plague) may come from animals...sort of. But not from sex with animals as people like to say.

AIDs is thought to have originated as a primate disease (i.e. monkeys) but it wasn't fatal to the primates. At some point humans ate primate meat or were exposed to their blood or saliva (through a monkey bite, or butchering them, for example), and were exposed to the virus which later mutated to become a human disease.

Well to pass something you must first have it , this is for hiv and anything else.Already having a std you should not be having any type of sex until treatment is finished and then protect ur self. Having genital herpes puts you at a greater risk of contracting and passing on the hiv virus.

It was a disease that was started over there in africa somewhere- it was caused by them not cleaning their bodies, and suffering from maulnutrition-this served their bodies as a weakness to this disease everyone calls a sexually transmitted disease- when the african people started moving over here in the USA, they ended up infecting our population with the deadly virus-thus studies show that more african american people are living with std's, and hiv, and aids- Hope this was helpful-
