Abdominal pain generally is used to describe pain originating from organs within the abdominal cavity...stomach, small intestine, colon, liver, gallbladder, and pancreas...pain may be felt in the abdomen even though it is arising from other organs...
the lower lungs, the kidneys, and the uterus or ovaries. Persisting abdominal pain should be evaluated by a physician.
Was wondering why you asked this question in the "std" section? Do you have a vaginal discharge?

hypochondria - you're noticing things and amplifying the situation. I assume you put this in the STD section because you think it's an early sign of HIV or something but it's probably an over active imagination - been there, it's not good.

My advice is to go to your doctor. No one can make a diagnosis on line without seeing you, I'm no medical guy. Whatever you do - do not look up symptoms of diseases on the Internet and self diagnose yourself. Go to the doctor, then you'll find out.
