This tips of my own worked on me and most of my friends that i've recommended. You should try too :
1) When you feel that a pimple is coming out. You know that swollen-pain when you press on some area of the face. SCRUB regularly like 1 every 2 days.. (recommending St.Ives Apricot Scrub for Oily/Acne-Prone Skin) But do make sure the scrub is gentle enough for daily usage.
2) After you cleanse/scrub your face, use an ACNE CREAM. Early detection and prevention will surely prevent the pimple to come out! Use acne cream that contains 5%-10% of Benzoyl-peroxide.
3) This is the hardest for me... dont touch your face with your hands especially THAT area, frequently. Unclean = Build-ups. Or atleast be sure to keep your face OIL-FREE most of the day (oil-blots/ wipe with clean and moistened facial tissue or simply wash and pat dry)

Use Natures Cureâ¢. It comes with vanishing cream and a pill to take twice a day.
Try not to touch the effected area throughout the day. And try not to wash your face more than twice a day. Scrubbing your face too much will get rid of the natural oils, and your glands will work double time to produce more, causing more oil and more pimles.
It's also important that if you have a dry skin you use an oil-free moisturizer. Otherwise your skin will compensate for the dryness by producing more oil.

I had pimples but not putting on make up and washing with filtered water did it....not only that but drinking tons of water.
Your face has pimples because it is drawing out its toxins...detox your body and your pimples will go away.

You are gonna need a lot of water, and a neutral bar of soap, start by cleaning your face with the bar of soap, with cold water , make sure you clean all the soap, then gradually start to just wash your face with water , just water, start with cold and finish with warm water like I said you are gonna need a lot of water, do this everyday and your pimples will gradually disappear, good luck.

Hey - Pimples are a hormonal problem. Don't eat to much fat food and visit your doctor for a treatment. That's best! :-)

Don't eat chocolate and there is this really good cream that people use that u can get from the pharmacy which is called Skinoren...also u should get a facial!

zit cream with benzoil peroxide in it like clearasil
wash your face three times a day too
drink lots of water
avoid sugra and junk food

Juice carrots daily.
Increase fresh fruit & vegetable consumption while decreasing simple carb consumption.
Increase water intake while decreasing caffeine intake.
