No, it is not a cure. It will help to temporarily lower your blood sugar by helping to make insulin more effective at getting blood sugar from the blood stream into your cells.
Until they come up for a cure for diabetes and its precursor condition - hyperinsulinemia - the best advice is to find a diet that lowers your intake of sugar and foods high in natural sugar (high glycemic). There are many books available at your local library.

Cinnamon is supposed to help keep blood sugar levels lower. A friend of mine told me this after she read it in a magazine. I have been experimenting with it. I like cinnamon and I've been putting it on my oatmeal and on sliced unsweetened peaches. I've been doing this for about 3 months now. My sugars have been better, but I don't know if it's the cinnamon. Although there is no cure for diabetes, cinnamon tastes good and it can't hurt so why not take an extra teaspoon here or there. Enjoy!

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

No, there is no cure for diabetes. However, it has been proven to increase the metabolism and efficiency of glucose processing. Plus, it tastes good! However, after about 1/4 teaspoon per day, it doesn't seem to make much of a difference.

Even if ya overdose on cinnamon sticks it will unfortunetly never cure diabetes. I have read that cinnamon and unsweetened dark chocalate can naturally lower your blood glucose level. My mother is a diabetic (type 2) and she takes a cinnamon pill every day.
