yes you can, unless the syphilis damaged your ablilty to as in no more sperm or eggs then you should be able to, plus if it was caught in time it can be cured within a day teehee

If you have been treated, then there is no reason not to have a child.

You might want to have a blood test to make sure you don't have it now, and that the meds worked, but even then, you would be treated, and cured, and you could still father a child.
