I've heard of them going away on their own, but in my case I had to use medicine. I waited a while to get treated for them, because I thought they would just go away, but they didn't. If anything, they got even worse.
I was prescribed Aldara cream and after about a week and a half they still hadn't gone away! The doctor said they can take several weeks to go away though. The only other thing you can do is have them lasered off or frozen off. I saw that as kind of a last resort though, because it can be very painful. There are no home remedies, you'll need to go to a doctor. Ask your doctor to give you a prescription for Aldara cream, and if that doesn't work after a few weeks you might have to get them frozen or lasered off. Good luck!

Yes. Recent studies have shown that 90% of people will clear the virus within 2 years.
However, you should be getting them treated. If your doc won't do it, call your local planned parenthood or std clinic and get them treated there.
