Both simplex 1 and 2 of herpes can become oral, mono or sleeping sickness can be passed orally, gonorrhea of the throat - this is assuming you are female. In men there are different diseases that can be caused by receiving oral sex. I have attached a link below.

you can't get anything unless you have an open cut or sore on your face as fare as herpes aka cold sores go, but yeah you can get mono, but thats not an std, its just like you can get a cold, or the flu but thats not an std, teehee

EBV (infectious mononucleosis... all though that is not an "STD"), Oral Herpes, possibly HIV if you have microscopic bleeding on your gums, and some others.

You can get herpes simplex virus-1 (cold sores) by simply kissing a person with the virus.
You can also get HIV by kissing someone if they have a sore or cut in their mouth or gums and the other person does too.
