okay, let's say I have an STD (Chlamydia) for example and I have sex with someone once..then I find out I have an Std..and I get treated for it..when I confront this person about it..they say they don't have it..is it possible that I may have had it and didn't pass it on to my partner?

How does he know he doesn't have it? Men don't get symptoms with chlamydia. Stay the hell away from that guy. He'll just give it back to you.

It is definitely possible. They also might not being showing any signs or symptoms of it either. For example, there is no HPV test for men. Men don't find out the have it until they get genital warts or one of the cancers you can get from it.

Sure anything is possible but maybe your partner is too embarrassed to get checked out.
