I actually developed my own Diabetes Health logs.
I maintain a table that includes the following:
a. Morning fast reading
b. Morning meal
c. Mid-day meal
d. Mid-day snacks, if any
e. Evening meal
f. Number of cups of water consumed in the day
g. Post-evening meal reading
h. Evening snack, if any
i. Bed-time reading
j. Type of exercise, when and how long
My meter is helpful as it has a memory function on it.
You can produce this log on Excell or on Word, using the
Table function.

One touch now charges $6 for 3 books. Diabetic supplies are so expensive that I don t want to pay for logbooks too.
