I think it's on par with the kind of things grifters would sell - they promise a lot, but deliver nothing. From what I've read on the sites, it promises to help keep your blood sugar lower..which is questionable at best. Any endocrinologist would tell you that you can achieve the same results with diet and exercise - and that is preferable. Also, some herbal remedies can mix poorly with your prescribed insulin (be it injections or pill).

I've been diabetic for 12 years now, and I've learned not to believe those hype products. If you really want to find a way to keep your blood sugar in check and be a healthy diabetic, then it is best to consult a doctor.
