I always serve baked beans...corn on the cob is good too!
Maybe some melon and homemade ice cream.

I like to soak ears of corn (leave in the husk but take out the silky strands) in a large bucket of water with salt and sugar (best if overnight but you can do it a few hours before). Put it on the grill for about 15-20 and it steams! Just hold the cob by the tail, pull the husks back and eat.
I also like to put veggie kabobs on. Use mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, onions, peppers...anything really. Try shrimp marinated in lite caesar...only on the grill for three minutes! If you like fish, tuna steaks are hearty and stand up to grilling...put mayo or lemon pepper rub on it and cook like a steak...you can eat it rare as well (it's best that way). Make sure you put some cooking stray on the grill so it doesn't stick. You can use salmon and other less-hearty fish in a basket or in tin foil. When grilling, use your imagination!

You will need atleast one more vegetable (a colorful one such as corn on the cobb, asparagus, or zuchini & yellow squash),
a starter (such as deviled eggs, chips and guacamole, cheese and crackers, etc),
one type of bread (choose one that complements your meat-whole grain dollar rolls are always good)
Finally, dessert. Fresh fruit with whipped cream (strawberries, canteloupe, blueberries, etc) are my favorites because they do not require time in the oven and my kitchen does't get any hotter than it has to get!
