i noticed since two days ago that sometimes, only the left side of my body sweats and the right side does not.

no. usually when this happens, you have been in a physical position which does not allow adequete air flow around an area of your skin. You may be contact with a non porous fabric or other material. Polyester fabric can restrict air flow and normal evaportion of moisture from your skin
