Okay I just used yahoo and searched "STD Dating Sites". There are a lot of them. Here are a few:

By the way to the girl above...it's not gross. People don't go on there to find someone with an STD, they try to find someone that has the same one as them. If they can met someone that has, say, genital herpes already without spreading it to someone that doesn't have it, then that's a good thing. Duh!
