You need to see a doctor, and they will probably either:
1)Put a 24-hour heart monitor on you if it happens daily.
2)Put an event recorder on you that you can keep for up to one month to capture the fast heartrate and see what it looks like.
If you do not have any symptoms such as shortness of breath, low blood pressure, or dizziness during it, that's good. Still need to find out what it is.
I would see a cardiologist or electrophysiologist, who specializes in abnormal heart rhythms. They are experts in this stuff.

You should DEFINITELY see a doctor. You probably need an ekocardiogram in order to check for anomalies in your heart rythm.
I know that sounds a bit scary, but the procedure is completely painless.
If your heart does this, you need to sit down immedeately and do deep breathing to try and slow your heartbeat.
Better yet, you should see a doctor SOON so that hopefully if something is wrong it will be fixed ASAP.

If the rhythm is normal but fast, you probably have ventricular tachycardia. It's common and not inherently dangerous, but it's best to be checked out to be sure it's not one of the more serious cardiac arrhythmias.
