If you've been on antibiotics for 4 days now, probably in another 3-4 days you'll feel a lot better. But it will take at least 2 weeks for it to completely go away. Don't stop taking your medicine even if you feel better, take it until its all gone! And, take it easy, you'll be just fine here soon!

It depends on the severity of the illness, to be wise check with your GP, but i would take upto and including 6 weeks off from work, if you dont not take the time to recover, it may return and come back even worse you could even end up seriously ill in hospital, so take the time to rest and give your body time to recover before you head back to school or work.

It depends on healthy you were before acquiring pneumonia. If you were a healthy individual - not long. If you are already compromised it could tkae much longer.
