Tampa-ybor city- The Dish
Orlando- O'Hanaha's in the Polynesian Resort at Disney, Emerils, Margaritaville at City walk, Dan Marino's Town Tavern on International Drive.
Savannah GA- The Pirate House and the Tapa place (can't remember the name) on City Market.

Outback Steak House is my number one restaurant. Next there is IHOP and if you visit St. Louis , Missouri, visit Ruth Chris's, they have fine dinning, a little on the expensive side but they serve the best steak in town.

P.F. Chang's at the Paseo in Pasadena is soooooo good.
try the lettuce wraps for an appetizer GOOD LUCK!

The Water Grill, in Los Angeles. (do you live in Glendale, Ca?) Chez Panisse in Berkeley, CA.

Also, I really like Norm's. The best greasy spoon chain ever!

Commander's Palace in New Orleans, Shula's in Tampa, Florida, or Perry's in Dallas. All are first class on food, service and atmosphere.

But the classier/more expensive restaurants vary from town to town (as they are usually not franchises) so its hard to recommend those.

Olive Garden, Outback Steakhouse, Uno's...can be a little pricy but very much worth it.
