If any of you have been to Japanese steakhouse where they cook in front of you, they give you two different types of sauces. One ginger sauce and one "secret sauce." I dont know if thats what its called but that is what they call it at my steakhouse. Its sort of an orange color. I think anchovies might be an ingredient.
And please dont tell me that you think that it might be Thousand island dressing! Thanks
