Personally I like Ribeye steaks the best, Steaks with a higher fat content just come off the grill jucier the leaner steaks.

Filet Mignon is my favorite, cooked medium rare. I also like to marinade a flank steak in Italian dressing, cook it to medium rare, slice it against the grain....mmm mmm good.

Rib-eye, if you don't care about fat or cholesterol, If you do go with a flat-iron, Very healthy but very tasty.
By the way.. the only way to cook it is on a B-B-Q....Charcoal, not gas.
