Pulmonary fibrosis is a pretty serious condition. I would definitely go to a big city University hospital and find a lung specialist who really understands this disease. I would not use hydrogen peroxide. There are however quite a few new medicines which really help. They are pretty expensive but either insurance will cover them or sometimes the drug companies will give them for free. You may be enrolled in a study and all your treatment will be free. For sure, you do not want to try to treat this on your own! Good luck, my friend.
