Nuke about 2oz each of chopped chicken and bacon with a teaspoon each of soy and coconut milk for about 3-4 minutes in the microwave.
Cook the couscous (that'll take about five minutes).
add some chopped vegetables and mix in the chicken and bacon w/soy, coconut broth and there you go!
I'm not a big pork fan (actually, I don't eat it at all), but it'll add some additional flavor to this dish.
This will take under ten minute to prepare & cook...and you should have used about three dishes (microwave dish, pot to boil couscous & your plate).
Bon apitete!

Okay, take the chicken and sprinkle some garlic and Italian seasoning on it. Next, put it in a frying pan and cook it until it is done. In the mean time, start boiling some water and cook your pasta. After both of these actions are done, drain your tomatos and put about 1/2 cup with garlic, basil, onions, and bacon. If you have a little olive oil or any type of oil, mix 1 cup (give or take) in it with those ingrediants. Get it mixed up so its evenly dispursed. Pour over cooked pasta and you have Sun-dried Tomato Basil Pasta with Italian Chicken.
ENJOY!!!

Fry the onions and garlic in a little olive oil or vegetable oil.
Add seasonings like oregano, basil, mixed herbs or whatever you have.
Add some tinned toms. Cook a bit.
Boil the pasta and top with above sauce.
You could also cook the vegetables in the sauce and have vegetarian pasta. Yum.

You can make a skewer kabob with your ribs(off the bone),with the chicken(cubed). Rotate your veggies from the stir fry, onions & garlic. If you do not have a grill, you can cook the in the oven in a pan sprayed with pam or coat with olive oil. Serve on a bed of cous cous. I hope you will try this & enjoy.

Grill the chicken. Prepare all of your salad items in a bowl. Once the chicken is cooked dice it up. cook and dice the bacon. Mix all items in your bowl. Use a little oil and vinegar for a light dressing.
