in order to become fat, first and foremost keep your mind relaxed and cool. eat everything which you like, mainly drink mosambi juice and two cups of milk everyday. eat bananas atleast two without fail. other things as normal food which contains all green vegetables, fruits etc. see the difference, you would have put on 2-3 kilos, eat anything with liking and love, sure to become fat and not obese.

Ice cream, potato chips, cheeseburgers, french fries, pies, cakes, soda, anything fried, anything cheesy, creamy, or dripping with fat. And a lot of it!!

That's what I would eat if I wanted to gain lots of weight... that would be awesome.

lots of mayonaisse with everything (on your burgers, dip your fries in it, etc)! Hostess, Little Debbie, those companies are sure to assist you in your fattening needs. Anything high in sugars and fat (and some would say carbohydrates). Good luck plumping up!

Try having a banana milkshake with every meal. I heard a dietitian recommending it. It contains a lot of calories and yet its nutritious. Please don't consume too much fat in your diet, u might put on weight but its definitely not good for your system.

You get much more fat by DRINKING than by eating! Seriously!!! Drink lots of Coke, alkohol and fruit juices. They all make you fat!

For those people who want to loose weight: DRINK WATER!!!!! Lots of water!
