Baked Pizza Roll-Ups
1 can (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent roll dough
1/2 cup pizza or pasta sauce
1-3/4 cups (7 oz.) Sargento® Bistro⢠Blends Mozzarella & Asiago with Roasted Garlic
1-1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 Tbsp. Sargento® Fancy Parmesan Shredded Cheese
Separate crescent rolls into triangles. Spread thin layer of pizza sauce evenly over each triangle; top with Italian shredded cheese and Italian seasoning. Roll up each crescent triangle, starting at wide end; place on baking sheet coated with non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top of each pizza roll-up. Bake in preheated 375°F oven 15 minutes or until golden brown. Substitution: Sargento® 6 Cheese Italian Shredded Cheese may be used in place of Sargento® Italian with Garlic Shredded Cheese.
Onion Dip from Scratch
(ALTON BROWN RECIPE)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 cups diced onions
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 1/2 cups sour cream
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
In a saute pan over medium heat add oil, heat and add onions and salt. Cook the onions until they are caramelized, about 20 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside to cool. Mix the rest of the ingredients, and then add the cooled onions. Refrigerate and stir again before serving.
Baked Mac-sagna
1 lb. Macaroni cooked and drained
2lbs. Hamburger, browned and drained
1 large container large curd cottage cheese
1 large can gr. Pepper and mushroom spaghetti sauce
1 cup each cheddar and mozzarella cheeses
In large bowl, mix macaroni, hamburger, cottage cheese, sauce, and 3/ 4’s of each of the cheeses. Pour into baking dish and top with the remaining cheese. Bake until cheese is golden and bubbly.

a cube of cheese and and a cube of pinapple on a coctail stick and stand many on the same plate, could use grapes instead. How about short slices of celery and fill the groove with either peanut butter or soft cheese from a tube.

It would depend on your main course but mashed or baked potatoes, Green bean almandine, macaroni salad, baked beans and garlic bread, three bean salad. corn salad or corn on the cob. All of these are fairly easy to prepare and substantial enough for teenagers. We all know how much they need to put away at every meal.

That 3 colored curly pasta noodles with italian dressing and some feta cheese with peppers, olives, etc. Quick, cheap and easy.

macaroni and cheese. I prefer the traditional Kraft variety with powdered cheese...mmmm. add a little tabasco sauce for some zip.

Spaghetti salad (cooked & chilled spaghetti, grape tomatoes, feta cheese, cucumbers, broccoli and Sun dried tomato vinegerette dressing) Mix up and you've got your carbs, protein and veggies all in one and it's awesome!
