if youre scared of flying, the anxiety might increase your PVC frequency. But PVCs are completely harmless in the vast majority of people(unless you have a major heart defect or something, but if your doctor didnt say anything youre fine), so dont worry about it too much. if you get a few, so what, just ignore them. you gotta learn to deal with the "heart hiccups"

everyone has PVC Pre Ventical Contractions, and PAC Pre Atrial Contractions, most ppl can't tell they have them, unless your heart rate increases to a flutter or fibrilation you will be fine, get some anti-anxiety meds to take before plane ride, you will be fine!

the flying itself will have no effect. as someone above mentioned, if you are anxious about flying, it may increase your pvc's, but they are probably harmless anyway.
