First of all, you need to watch your diet to lower your cholesterol and get on some medication to help lower it. Do you exercise? Have you been to the Dr. for this? I'm not a Dr., but I'd say get to one right away and have them do some tests-Echo cardiogram, stress tests, etc.

Not necessarily....the chest pain could also be a result of gas and you can feel sluggish when your system needs to be cleaned out (if you know what I mean). If you don't have a bowel movement on a regular basis (at least 2 per day) you are probably suffering from slight constipation. Try a herbal laxative and cut back on your fried foods. Get you some green leafy veggies into your system!!! Also cut back on your carbs to see how you feel. Make a note that some foods do not digest well together such as protein and carbs. If you would use the proper food combining chart it will really help. It's not a diet!!! It just lets you know which foods to eat together that digest well together leaving less excess waste in your system. Good Luck!!!!

Cholesterol is a bit high, but at 17, chest pains are usually not indicative of heart disease. You might be experiencing digestive problems such as GERD, gastroesophageal reflux disorder.
Diet and exercise for a person your age should lower cholesterol.

not necessarily. a lot of chest pains are because of stress. you might be depressed if you are feeling tired a lot with the chest pain. you should see your doctor just in case, it's nothing to play around with. however, if your not having heart problems or depression, they will probably tell you to take a bunch of advil for a week or two because your muscles might be inflamed.
