I am not keen on cooked carrots however I enjoy grated carrot so I always do. It is personal choice, you dont have to have it.

I hate carrots, and in my opinion, I just don't think they go with a sub sandwich. Try port of subs. No carrots there.

Desis love carrots, and lots of desis eat veggie subs at subway. So yes, it is.

i'm not positive about Quiznos yet I labored in a Subway years in the past, the bread isn't brushed with some thing, and the vegetables are not cooked. in case you order a veggie sub that's vegetarian, yet like others reported not vegan.

If you like carrots, why not? Plus they add colour to the sub making it more appealing..

They are good, but the best thing is to use the new garlic spread and toast the bread ... yummy!
