It is your responsibility to protect yourself, you should be using condoms everytime you have sex unless both you and your partner have been tested and given the all clear (even then unless you trust that your partner isn't cheating)

In the state I live in the laws were recently changed so now you most certainly can!
If you with hold information such as you have tested positive for the virus that causes AIDS and have sex with someone they have every right to press charges against you. Even if the sex is consensual, you still intentionally with held important information from them...Also in the state I live in a man was charged with attempted murder for spitting at the police when he knew he was HIV positive.

Yes, that person could be guilty of a crime. HIV Aids is sometimes fatal. If it can be proved that a person intentionally transmitted a disease, with the intent of harming his partner, he could be subject to prosecution.
Proof might be a problem. The alleged victim would have to show that he was not infected by someone else, prior to or after, the alleged crime.

Nope. Its YOUR responsibility to protect yourself. he could have told you he was the King of Jupiter. It would be your fault for believeing him. Next time someone says "naw, baby. Im clean, lets just do it without a condom" dont be stupid.
Go to a doc. If you have it, let him know so he can also get treatment (in case he didnt know) and change your life accordingly.

It is possible. If someone has been diagnosed with AIDS, for example, and they have unprotected sex with as many women as possible and they tell the women they are healthy and disease free (and the women are dumb enough not to require proof), then they could be charged with attempted murder.

You bear the responsibility to protest yourself. Even "Ron Mexico" (I still get a kick out of that) didn't go to jail.

In some states yes, but only if you can prove that they knew they had it and intended to give it to you. Proving "intent to harm" is very difficult unless the person will admit to it.

No, because the sex was consensual. It is your responsibility to protect yourself. You need to be more careful, and not let physical attraction overcome common sense.
