OIrange juice from concentrate has had the water removed and then added later after shipping. Squeezed is still more or less the way it came out of the orange.

Concentrate is made by heating process and sometimes adding sugars. Squeezed orange juice is heated for short while for increasing its shelf life.Squeezed orange juice is more fresh than that of concentrate as it( the concentrate) can be as old as a year or more too.

Squeezed orange juice has all the real nourishment and natural taste of the fresh citrus fruit, while orange juice made from a concentrate is but a synthetic illusion created with preservatives, additives, and artificial colouring !

OJ that is freshly squeeze you can taste it is real & you get some sacs while concentrate has things like coloring of yellow, blue and you can get the info on the side panel of the orange box. It is advice by doctors it is not good to drink concentrate orange has it does not have a lot of vit C

squeezed orange juice is more natural containing main source of vitamin C, as the concentrated juice becomes unnatural and artificial made out of chemicals, unrefined flavours etc. squeezed orange juice is the best real drink.

The same difference between Iced tea made with tea bags and iced tea from a sweetened powder. One is the real thing the other is an acceptable substitute for the real thing for most people. The taste is different but by reducing the natural product and then reconstituting it we can add more water and make the product stretch further...making it a cheaper alternative.
