Reading the jello instructions, you will see that it requires one cup of boiling water and one cup of ice water or cold water. Since alcohol won't freeze, keep your malibu in the freezer overnight. The next day, boil yourself some water and jello power, and mix as usual. Instead of adding the suggested ice water, replace with your freezing cold alcohol. mix and pour into little single serving ketchup cups, or put into a flat pan to cool (cut into square or shapes later). (remember that your alcohol won't freeze, so if you want to cool them in the freezer, be careful!) good luck!

Also lots of tips and tricks too. And kits & supplies
Supstitute the Malibu Rum for the Vodka and use Pineapple jello and you should be home free.
Basic recipe:
1 6oz box jello
2 cups hot water
1 cup vodka
Vodka works with any flavor
Gin works well with lime
Tequila also works well with lime
Rum works well with strawberry
Also sometimes using juice instead of hot water is awesome.
Check out the site. Jello Shots are my passion.
Also Pineapple jello with vanilla vodka and a dash of coconut extract will make a nice Pina Colada Jello Shot.

Just replace half the amount of water with rum.
Try Lemon jello and Tequilla. It's good too.

try infusing the rum with the pineapple. Buy a sweet jet pineapple and remove the skins cut it into about 6 slices and let sit in the rum for about 4 days, subsitute the water with the liquor on the jello recipie.
