If you are a women yes. They tell women to take showers instead of baths because the vagina is not to far from the anus, and feces can go up the vagina into the Fallopian tubes causes bladder infection. Anyone with an std, you shouldn't be in water contact nor sex.

I feel that if you are in doubt that you should not or peron in question should not bath together, take showers, and clean the tub immediately. And then instead of asking people on the internet, call a doctor and do actual medical research about this problem. God be with you!

No it can not be passed through bath water. Now if you had sex while taking a bath sure but it is sexually transmitted.
