i love to smoke but i can't do it because i want to stay in shape and pot makes me so hungry so instead of enjoying the feeling i focus on how not to eat and it becomes just a pure torture then i give up eat everything in sight and then get upset because i think i gained weight , so what should i do

i'm pretty athletic i run about 6 miles almost every day, i'm 125 but want to be 120 and it seems impossible to lose anymore weight if i smoke

Some cannabis strains produce the "munchie" cravings, and some do not. If you have a medical marijuana prescription, you can ask your local dispensary for a different kind of bud.
Otherwise, you can practice more discipline on a daily basis(yeah, it's hard, but consider the alternative). Just because you get the munchies, it doesn't mean you've got to act on that feeling. Find something else to do - go take a walk, or preoccupy yourself with something that you really enjoy that doesn't include food.
Some marijuana strains tend to make tokers more sedentary, which in turn leads to boredom & filling up that space with eating. Try switching up your routine & doing something different. Take up a new hobby, such as gardening or painting.

Drinking lots of water is a great idea to suppress hunger, but you might wanna try eating before you toke up. Make for sure your belly is full before you smoke and maybe you won't get as hungry.

i get the munchies and eat the hole fridge but im skinny so i dont care. i eat what i want dont feel guilty do an extra 30min cardio DUDE!!and drink alot of water.Want to come over we`ll have the munchies together

well if you smoke dank chronic you dont really get munchies and usually if you smoke and dont do anything than you start think about food but if smoke and you're doing something than you tend not to focus on food......
