The problem with diabetes is that in a medically underwritten state, someone with diabetes is usually declined. There is no "partial" diabetic; you either are or you're not.
Usually you can get Blue Cross Blue Shield as they accept anyone (guaranteed insurability), however you will pay higher rates then normal.

you can find a family practionar, and pay yourself,or your Insurance will pay.
If you are working and have a plan from your company, that will pay.
If your diabetes is preexisting condition,your company insurance will not pay for 1 year ,then they will.
so check it out.

medicare benefits are available only to people 65 and older and those on disability.Try medicaid,but you have to be dirt poor to get that.Otherwise you have to work and depend on your companies health plan.
