We always had chittlins with mustard greens,( my mother learned (soul food) while she was living with a Grandmother in Georgia (were Canadian) the smell would tear the roof off, you are suppose to put a onion to curb the smell it still smells the same to me-but it taste so good
I buy the huge 10 lbs tubs in the supermarket they are supposed to be self cleaned -you still have to clean them, they can make you sick and even kill you, I always keep that in the back of my mind when cleaning.

well i can't stand the things, but you are suppose to thoroughly clean them over and over and over again, after all they are they inside of the pig that holds the poop, but this day and age you can also buy them from the grocery stores in flat bags that are flash frozen and there already cleaned, happy eating!

No.

Your aunt comes over and does the cleaning for me.

Pretty dumb question.
