I've cut out all meat since I have a thing about textures. I just don't like the way they feel in my mouth. I do, however, need something for protein and I am NOT going to drink soy milk (Tasted it.... Yuck!) I've had Tofu and it's not too bad. I don't want to buy it online, and I don't live near any places that sell only soy and other foods like that. Can I get it at my local Wal*Mart or GNC? And what do you suggest I use it in. Like, can you flavor it at all? Thank you!

You can get it at any Walmart--check in the fresh veggie aisle / area near the lettuce =)

Everyone seems to have answered about where you can get tofu...I'll comment on what you use it in and how to flavor it.
Tofu is extremely versatile! You can substitute it for eggs in just about anything. It can be baked, fried, used in recipes... Granted, it may not be "just like" what you're used to the dish tasting like, but if you'll stick with it, you'll probably come to like things you didn't to start with.
Now, to season it. For scrambled eggs made from tofu, crumble it in the skillet then add a vegetarian chicken seasoning(some brands:Bill's Best, or McKay's. You can get them at a health food store.) and salt.

They carry it at most supermarkets in the natural food section. You should also try the meat substitutes like veggie chix strips and veggie ground round they help "beef" up your meals a bit. Tofu has pretty much no flavor on it's own so it will adopt any sauce you put on it. Here's a web site with some good recipes and restaurants. Good luck!

Most supermarkets will carry it. But, tofu isn't the only source of protein out there. Try searching some of the vegetarian websites for additional ideas. . .

Most supermarkets have it nowadays. I have heard that it's best to freeze tofu first and then marinate it in your favorite marinade and then cook it. There must be thousands of recipes online.

There are tons of other foods that have protein and you really dont need as much as you think.

Wal-Mart has tofu in the produce dept. You can add ir to soups and stews very easily, just cube it. Have you tried vanilla soy milk? I really like it on cereal.
