In order for your eyes to percieve white, they must have light reflecting into them in full spectrum.
Any sizable amount of milk is more or less opaque, and would not let light reach your eyes.
You'd see black.

I'm thinking that you wouldn't be able to keep your eyes open long enough to really figure out what you were seeing.

it would depend if you did it in a bright room or a dark room, in a bright room you'd see white..it'd be very cloudy, in a dark room of course it would be black....just like water, it all depends on the ambient light :)
