Get out the Yellow Pages and start calling (1) bar and restaurant supply stores and/or (2) party rentals suppliers.

Any of the Dollar stores (Only Deal, Dollar Tree, etc) should have what you need. Most store managers would be happy to place an order for you if you give them enough lead time.

Ikea has tons of stuff like that for about $1 a glass and they come in big boxes so they're easy to transport. Kudos for not going for plastic. Very Classy! Failing that, have you thought of renting? I did the renting thing for my wedding and it was cheap and the local place even delivered!

If you go to places like "the dollar tree" you can ask them for special deals if you buy them in grosses. And you would end up paying less then a dollar a piece!

Check any dollar store, especially the dollar tree. They always have stuff like that.

Look in the yellow pages for "Party supply" stores. I host a lot of large parties and get them in bulk there.

Try IKEA. They have inexpensive stuff. Not sure if theres one in Illinois though.

look at a place where they sell dishes like hobby lobby, wall mart, Heb(if you live in texas), walgreens, dollar general, etc. etc.
