I have tried to find the answers to your questions and some of the spelling may be a little off. First you should ask your doctor to explain all of this in plain English to you and DO NOT take no for a answer. Artifact in English means a type of a collection of the image that they took. Effusion seem to be a mention of some type of fluid build up. The word Ciphosis I could not find but with out even seeing any of the things that you mention the best thing to do is to follow all the directions of your doctor and good luck and God Bless.
