I would recommend against downloading a screen saver. Just use the WindowsXP options.

Do you have a site in mind? Or are you wanting to find one. Usually on a site you go to it will tell you how to download somewhere on the site. Download.com should have some. There is a button you click on. Then you need to save to disk.
