Not always, some stds can have very few or even miss leading symptoms, some people might excuse an std for some thing else in the beginning. Some people may not have any symptoms at all for long periods of time after getting infected which is how some people don't know that they have an std until they get tested. It's impossible to tell just by looking at some one if they have an std, since they usually occur below the waist they are invisible most of the time. Examine his penis once in a while, if there are any unusual bumps, discharge, or odors that can be a sign of an std.

No, there is not a certain look. A.I.D.S. is a diagnosis given once a person who is HIV positive has been diagnosed with more than one of the opportunistic infections. Different sufferers may have different infections some of which do not have specific physical signs which would make them stand out.
A person who has lost a lot of weight may have cancer, or even an eating disorder, a person with lesions may have severe psoriasis etc. Do not judge someone by their appearance. If it is a friend or family member then ask if they are well, or Say that you are concerned about them. If its not, then why do you need to know?

Yes, as the body starts losing its immunity towards other infections and diseases, AIDS is visible. It is important that the person gets a blood test done in order to get the results. And it is most likely in the case of people who have had unsafe sex without using condoms, which you know for sure. Therefore, the loss of the immune system is the first sign of symptoms arising from AIDS.

Aids is an infectious disease which is transmitted through:
-sexual intercourse with an infected partner.
-transfusion of blood contaminated with th virus
-using syringes contaminated with the virus
-from an infected mother to her child during pregnancy r delivery.
The symptoms are:
-Enlarged lymph glands and in the infra-axillary area
-dry coughing and hard breathing
-rise in the temperature and sweating for several weeks
-diarrehea for an unknown reason
-pink or red spots on the lips ,eye lid or ears.
However, the disease could not be assured only through blood analysis because the symptoms of AIDS are similar to the symptoms of other diseases.

There is one thing that happens during the aids and you can see and that is mole like lesions the are dark and varied in sizes. They have been know to go and go but they can be on any part of the body. But please don't think that if a person has a mole they have aids they looked totally different and moles are only related to cancer but even then not always.

As the disease progresses, the patient's weight decreases, in some cases Karposi Sarcoma develops (A secondary disease brought on by the collapse in the immune system) And when this happens, moles appear on the body, but otherwise there are no significant physical signs that you wouldn't find with someone very ill with cancer or COPD (Appear gaunt)

aids can cause lesions on the body among other things, but just because a person has a lesion doesn't mean they have aids and a person can also have no outward symptoms at all so you have to be careful and don't judge people.

Not necessarily. Generally skin tone might be off and they might appear way too bony, but other than that disease sets in because the immune system can't fight it off, so anything could be a symptom.
