I think it really depends on the individual's taste. I like to pull turkey from the breast and saute it in margarine, and add salt and pepper to taste. Put a little salad dressing on the bread and you have a great sandwich! Add lettuce and other fixings if you like. Heating the breast in the margarine gives it a lovely flavor. Needless to say it isn't the healthiest way to eat turkey, but it sure is yummy! The only chicken sandwich I really like is if it's from the deli already sliced.

it depends.

if you are thrifty and trying to save money, the better sandwich is turkey. just imagine how big they are, plus it goes a long way, and it will triple your savings if you get it around thanksgiving day. :), then if you get tired of it, prepare your favorite soup and add the rest of the turkey.

if you prefer the taste, chicken will be the best. broil it and slice it for fresh chicken sandwich. but if you get tired of it, shred left over chicken, then add mayo, celery, eggs, onion, relish, salt, pepper and mix to make chicken salad sandwich.

i forgot, you need lettuce, tomato and cheese for your sandwich.i enjoy it with dijonnaise and a touch of creamy caesar dressing ..

Chicken o' course. Turkey requires gravy and w/o it, you're pretty much screwed.

Turkey unless it's too dry I think has more flavor to it, plus it's pretty rewarding to make one and have it come out just right!

So I say turkey.... I hear it has something in it that contributes to sleepiness.
And chicken is not necessarily juicier.
