I'm guessing, you cut the coconut into, with a machete, then squeeze the lime juice from one lime into the coconut milk. Swirl and drink. I think THAT combination would GIVE me a belly ache!

I've heard that coconut milk tastes awful.

I would recommend a center punch or similar tool ( a drill is a no go 'caue it will leave pieces when you go to drink dem bot' up ) to make a hole sufficient in size to insert the lime.
