do you like your barbeque ribs wet or dry?? Answer if you know the difference..:)?

I like 'em wet and saucy, but honestly, I love ribs so much, I'll eat 'em dry as well. I like them with all sorts of sauces, too-- from The North Carolina type, to the Memphis type, to Texas sauce, it's all good to me.

I love my ribs wet if I eating at home. If I'm out I'll eat dry with sauce on the side for dipping. But wet is my favorite by far.

Try this lots of onions and bell peppers lots of aluminum foil all sorts of seasoning especially fahita mix sear the ribs then put layers of bell pepper and onions on the foil add beer and thousand island dressing wrap with foil throw on pit for couple hour till it melts in yo mouth no standing over the grill just sit back and chill till its done everyone I have fed said they love ribs but mine is the best try it.

In my city there is a man with a BBQ shack (well smoke house) in an Exxon station that has the best dry ribs I have ever eaten.

i used to work at a rotisserie chicken and rib joint. the ribs were dry. my mouth is watering at the memory of it. i've pretty much lost my taste for wet ribs ever since.

I only like them dry if they are babyback ribs that have been SMOKED, not baked. For other cuts of ribs, I prefer wet.

I love Riskey's in Cowtown Fort Worth! They have an all you can eat BBQ rib and I always get it. They are wet and tender and of course DELICIOUS !! I want to go and order some. I wonder if they can fedex me some?!

wet -- I do not like the dry rub method. In chicago Wet is the only way they make them. In Memphis both are used with dry being prefered......

I love them with extra extra sauce. It makes it better and it makes more of a mess. So I would say wet.
