If the government had a cure for HIV/AIDS should they make it public or would that make the epidemic worst.?

Not to say that they shouldn't make it public but if people new it was there they would not be as carefull because they could just get a shot and clear it up. With that worse viruses could develop where the cure would not work anymore.

It's actually the pharmaceutical companies that take control of making it public. They would do it if it could make them a buck.
