It doesn't indicate the sauce as it is a standard enchilada sauce probably out of a can. Enchilada sauces come in all degrees of flavors as well colors. (Not wacky colors) ... browns, reds, oranges, greens .. etc. depending on the ingrediant base. However some people do make their own sauces! Good luck!
