Hey Chico, if you a chef then why dont you know that cow chips are friggen dried up patties of cow crap? Why dont you dip that in your ranch and eat it?
Funny question BTW... lol.
BTW, onion isnt a neutral flavor dip-chip... its an aeromatic. Thats basically the oposite of neutral.

I think ranch, so when you fling them--you've been to a cow-chip flinging contest, right?--the ranch dip can fly off and strike unsuspecting spectators.
Onion dip consistency would be too thick.

Gotta go onion dip. Ranch is too strong and over powering while onion is a neutral flavor that enhances many others.

Well, I interpret "cow chips" to be cow crap, so I'd say wipe your feet and get some disinfectant in! Afterwards, with my POTATO chips, I'd have Onion Dip!
