Exercise at least 30 minutes a day.
Eat healthy, drink lots of water and do not eat within 3 hours before going to bed.
I have never had any problems with my wieght while I stick to a daily exercise routine. I notice when I slack off of it I start to gain.
If you need to loose a large amount of wieght then consult your doctor. There are several different kinds of diet aids by script that will lower your appetite and help you loose without making you sick.
Walking is about the best exercise I found. It isn't hard on your body nor does it tire you out too badly that you dread doing it.
Good Luck!
