Try adding supplements to your diet.. there are alot out on the market, go to GNC or some type of health food store and get one. You can also add nuts, eggs and dairy to your diet, avacados are high in protien, and so is tofu and soy based products... there are alot of soy based frozen meats that are really good... Morning Star brand has the best texture and seasoning.

I am surprised nobody has mentioned Quorn, perhaps because this is predominantly found in the UK? Or it might be that a lot of vegetarians do not like "meat substitutes." Well, I find Quorn a very useful source of protein in my diet. It is available in many shapes and forms, for example pieces (chicken style), mince, fillets (again chicken style) and various burgers, sausages, breadcrumb-covered fillets with saucy toppings, the list goes on!! I suggest you check out the link below for further details of this versatile and nutritious product (hey, maybe I should be in sales....!)

Dairy products, soybeans, eggs and beans. Invest in a good dietary guide that will show the amounts of protein in foods.

Protein is no big deal! If you weigh about 125 lbs. you only need 46 grams of protein a day. The problem is not protein deficiency, but excess protein.
